Hi, everyone. It's Josh Arbuckle. I'm at CP LLP, I'm counsel to Vitalhub. Thanks for joining, everyone, but we have a quorum, but we don't have any actual shareholders on the line. And as such, we're looking at our proxies where we have over 40% voted, just over 90% of favorable items. And so we're going to dispense with the reading of the script as everything is passed by proxy and there are no outside shareholders here to read through or take a vote from. So the meeting -- all matters have been passed. We won't be reading the script. We'll be putting the minutes together with the scrutineer and confirming by press release that everything has passed and that effectively concludes the meeting of the shareholders of Vitalhub Corp.
