First of all, I congratulate the management on the annual general body meeting. The trust all is well with you and your family in this challenging situation. Our company deserves much more respect than the current market cap after completing more than a decade of successful operations, profitability and becoming one of the strongest brands in the respective segment. So first of all, I would like to know, what are the steps that the management is taking to reduce the other expenses, legal professional charges and the audit fees? What steps are we taking to conduct on-call quarterly presentations and meeting with global investors on a regular basis? And I would request the management to kindly upload your details like inspection of documents, inspection of [ KME ] and register of members, register of [ contracts ] if any, with the [ CDA KME ] portal so that the shareholders can very well inspect these documents online itself and they may not reach out to you at a later stage seeking for all these documents. And the last 3 years, the company has been declaring a mega dividend. We hope that the management will definitely increase the dividend yield in the years to come. And kindly try to convince the meeting in the first week of September, sir, as most of the senior citizens are not able to join because of the digital challenges in this virtual platform. So if you can kindly conduct the AGMs on a hybrid mode, it will be helpful for the investor community to join and seek clarification in the meeting by means of virtual conference. So what is call of the management in this regard, I would like to know from the management, sir. Then what is the outcome of the previous quarter, I would like to know from you, sir. And I hope that the company takes all our questions in the right spirit. And coming to the resolutions, since the resolutions are on the appointment of 1, 2, 3 are the general resolutions, which are being passed year-on-year, I don't have any questions on that. Item #4 is a material related party transaction. So XTGlobal, Inc., U.S.A., Network Objects, Inc. U.S.A., XTGlobalGlobal. And this is up to INR 20 crores. So how these resolutions are -- this particular resolution is going to help the company in the longer run? How the investor is going to get benefited in the longer run? I would like to know from the management. So what is the call of the management, if you can just elaborate on these resolutions, it will be easy for us to understand and understand the details. So if you can just elaborate on this resolution will be helpful. Nothing much to ask. I hope that the company takes all the questions in the right spirit. And try to put the recording of the meetings in the website of the company so that the shareholders who haven't joined, they can see the proceedings in your website. Nothing much to [ answer ]. I wish the company and the Board of Directors great success and prosperity in the coming future. And thank you for giving this opportunity, sir. Hope to see you in the upcoming AGM next year.

Thank you all for the questions you asked. To just let you know about the AI enablement and then the AI influence and AI in our business, we feel comfortable the way we are moving forward with changing our strategy to enable the AI within our company, within our platform that we have Circulus side. As well as the business model that we are following is wherever we can enable AI, we are using it wherever we feel that industries that are not going to be affected like manager services as well as support services and ERP, those are the areas that we are focusing, where the AI impact is minimal and the impact is going to actually enable us to do better and also in the finance and accounting side. So we feel comfortable the change in AI that we are doing is actually going to benefit us in the long run. And the model that we are following, because we created very good infrastructure for the size of our company, we believe that GCC will help us a lot, GCC-as-a-Service will help us a lot over the next few years in growth in revenue as well as our profitability. And we do believe that over the course of next few years, our total because of the infrastructure, because of our interest expenditure and depreciation that we are taking, that will come down, and we believe that the EPS will go up over a period of next few years. And our operational growth in Australia as well as Europe also started picking up, and that also will add to our top line as well going forward. I thank all of you, all the speakers. And then over the next years, we will try and see to see if we can move forward -- move our AGM a little earlier than the 29th or end of the month. Thank you very much.

Coming to the related party transactions, Resolution #4 raised by one of the shareholders, Mr. Jaichand. So those are the -- Mr. Jaichand, those are the related party transactions with our subsidiary companies. So our Indian entity act as a delivery center and we in turn build the subsidiary companies. So these resolutions are for the approval of those related party transactions being an associate enterprises. So we need the approval from shareholders for those transactions.
