Thank you, Mark. Good afternoon to you all. I would like to welcome you all to the Zad Holding Company Q2 and 1H 2026 Earnings Conference Call. From Zad Holding Company's management team today, we have Abdul Salam Abdul Hakeem, the CFO; and Abdella Ali Ismail, the Head of IR and Board Secretary. And as usual, they will first go over the performance of the quarter and the first half. And then after that, we have a Q&A session. Let me now turn over the call to the management team to begin. Hello. Good day. Welcome to the conference call to discuss the financials of Zad Holding Company for the first half of 2026. I'll give a brief note on the performance of the company with respect to revenue, gross profit, net profit and EBITDA and leave it to the floor for the question and answers. We achieved revenue of QAR 711.98 million for the first half 2026 in comparison to QAR 740 million for the same period last year. Gross profit for the first half of 2026 is QAR 141.77 million in comparison to QAR 180 million for the same period last year. Net profit is QAR 92.9 million for the first half of 2026 in comparison to QAR 94.2 million for the same period last year. EBITDA for the first half of 2026 is QAR 142.23 million as against QAR 132.73 million for the first half of 2025. I now leave it to the floor for the question and answers.
