I would like to welcome you again in our Investor Relations Conference Call to discuss the financial results for 2024. Now I will give over the mic to Mr. Mohammed Sohail, our Financial Manager, to give a brief about the financial statement. Then we will open the mic for questions and answers. Mr. Mohammed Sohail.

[Foreign Language] This is Mohammed Sohail. I am the acting Finance Manager of Dlala Holding. I'm going to give the brief for our financial results of December 2024. During the financial year 2024, the group reported net loss of QAR 2.6 million. Last year it was a profit of QAR 2.1 million. Our group net brokerage commission income decreased by 17%. Our group investment income decreased by [ 66% ] mostly due to the slowdown of the Qatar Stock Exchange activity during the year. Our interest income decreased by 21%. Our portfolio management income increased by [ 273% ]. Our real estate income decreased by 63%. Our loss per share as at 31st December 2024 is QAR 0.01 and last year it was earnings per share QAR 0.01. Our G&A expenses decreased by 16%. Our group total assets decreased by 20% and group total liabilities decreased by 30%. So you are welcome for any questions regarding our financial results 2024.
