[Foreign Language] Welcome back, everybody. This is Mohammed Elsadi again. I will leave the mic to Mr. Mohammad Sohail, Acting Finance Manager, to give you a brief about our financial results for the second quarter 2022 (sic) [ 2026 ]. Mr. Mohammad Sohail, you have the mic.

Hello, [Foreign Language]. This is Mohammad Sohail. I'm the acting Finance Manager of Dlala Holding. I will just give a short brief of our financial results of half year 2026. During the half year 2026, our group reported net profit of QAR 927,000. In June 2025, same period last year, there was a profit of QAR 2.282 million. Our group net brokerage commission income has increased by 12%. Our group investment income decreased by 41%. Our interest income decreased by 14%. Our portfolio management income increased by 50%. Our real estate income increased by 74%. Our earnings per share as of 30th June 2026 is QAR 0.05 (sic) [ QAR 0.005 ]. And as of 30th June 2025 last period, earnings per share, QAR 0.012. Our group general and admin expense decreased by 5%. Our group total assets decreased by 17% and group total liabilities decreased by 29%. So that will be all.
