Good afternoon, everyone. This is Mohammad Sohail from Dlala Holding. I will present you a short brief regarding our first quarter reports. During quarter 1, 2026, the group reported a loss of QAR 3.73 million. Last year period March 2025, it was a loss of QAR 1.74 million. Total group current assets increased by 9% and our current liabilities increased by 21%. Our net brokerage commission increased by 41%. Our investment income decreased by [ 585% ]. Our real estate income increased by 65%. As of the -- this one, general and admin expense decreased by 4%. Our loss per share as at 31st March 2026 is QAR 0.02. And last period, it was a loss per share of QAR 0.01. So we are ready for any questions, and we will be happy to reply your questions and query, if anything. Thank you.
