Thank you, Travis. Good afternoon to you all, and thank you for joining us for the Zad Holding's 2Q 2023 conference call. My name is Phibion from QNB Financial Services. And on today's call, we have to members from Zad's management team, Mr. Abdul Salam Hakeem, who is the Vice President, Finance; and Abdella Ismail, who is the Head of IR and the Board Secretary. And as usual, management will go over the performance and we'll have a Q&A session immediately after. I will now turn over the call to Abdul to begin the call. Abdul, please go ahead.

Good afternoon to all. Welcome to the conference call to` discuss the financials of Zad Holding Company for the first half of 2023. I'll give a brief note on the performance of the company with respect to revenue, gross profit, net profit and EBITDA and I'll leave it to the floor for the question and answers. For the detailed information, you can refer to the investor presentation and the published financial [ statements in the ] website. We achieved revenue of QAR 738.07 million for the first half of 2023 compared to QAR 809.42 million for the same period last year and we achieved a gross profit of QAR 156.63 million for the first half of 2023 in comparison to QAR 134.93 million for the same period 2022, which is, it corresponds to 16% growth over last year despite the reduction in the revenue. Net profit remained at QAR 90.02 million for the first half of 2023 in comparison to QAR 96.1 million for the same period last year. We achieved EBITDA of QAR 138.98 million as against QAR 130.67 million for the same period last year. Now I leave it to the floor for the questions and answers.
