Thank you, Eli. Good afternoon, and thank you all for joining us for Zad Holding Company's 3Q and 9 Months 2023 Earnings Conference Call. My name is Phibion Makuwerere, senior research analyst from QNB Financial Services. On today's call, we have 2 members of Zad's management team. We have got Abdul Salam Abdul Hakeem, who is the Vice President, Finance; and we have Abdella Ali Ismail, who is the Head of IR and Board Secretary. And as usual, they will go over the numbers, and then we'll have a Q&A session immediately after. I will now turn over the call to Abdul Salam. Over to you, sir, to begin.

Thank you. Good day to all of you. Welcome to the conference call to discuss the financials of Zad Holding Company for the 9 months period ended 30th September 2023. As usual, I would brief about the performance of the company with respect to revenue, gross profit, net profit and EBITDA, and leave it to the floor for the question and answers. We achieved a revenue of QAR 1.2 billion for the same period 2023 as against QAR 1.15 billion compared to the same period 2022. We also achieved growth in gross profit. That is about QAR 247.62 million we achieved for the same period 2023 in comparison to QAR 209.06 million for the same period last year. Net profit marked a marginal increase of QAR 1 million compared to last year, that is about QAR 132.2 million for the same period 2023, in comparison to QAR 131.34 million for the same period last year. EBITDA remained at QAR 207.42 million as against QAR 185.1 million for the same period. I now leave it to the floor for the question and answers.
