Thank you, Sara. Good afternoon to you all. Thank you for joining us for Zad Holding Company's 4Q and FY 2023 Earnings Conference Call. My name is Phibion Makuwerere from QNB Financial Services. On today's call, we have 2 members of Zad's management team. We have Abdul Salam Abdul Hakeem who is the CFO. And we also have Abdella Ismail, who is the Head of IR and Board Secretary. And as usual, they will first go over the performance. And we have a question-and-answer segment afterwards. I will now turn over the call to Abdul Salam to begin. Over to you, sir. Good afternoon, and Ramadan Kareem to all of you. Welcome to the conference call to discuss the financials of Zad Holding company for the year 2023. I'll give a brief note about the performance of the company with respect to revenue, gross profit, net profit and EBITDA, and I'll leave it to the floor for the questions and answers. We achieved a revenue of QAR 1.7 billion (sic) [ QAR 1.57 billion ] for the year 2023 as against QAR 1.52 billion for the year 2022. And we also achieved a gross profit of QAR 356.92 million as against QAR 325.14 million compared to the last year. Net profit marked a small growth, marginal increase of QAR 1 million. That is about QAR 195.29 million as against QAR 194.22 million for the last year. And EBITDA stood at QAR 297.41 million as against QAR 271.5 million compared to last year.
