Thank you, Eli. Good afternoon to you all, and thank you for joining us for Zad Holding Company's Second Quarter and First Half of 2024 Earnings Conference Call. My name is Sibenaler, Senior Research Analyst with QNB Financial Services. On today's call from Zad's management team is Abdul Salam Hakeem who is the Chief Financial Officer. And as usual, you will go over the performance and then we'll have a question-and-answer segment afterwards. I'll now turn the call to Abdul begin. Over to you, sir, please go ahead.

Thank you. Good afternoon to you all. Welcome to the conference call to discuss the financials of Zad Holding Company for the second quarter 2024. As usual, I will give a brief note on the performance of the company with respect to revenue, gross profit, net profit and EBITDA and leave it to the floor for the question and answers. We achieved revenue of QAR 733.23 million for the second quarter 2024 in comparison to QAR 738.07 million for the same period last year. Our gross profit for the second quarter 2024 is QAR 184.61 million in comparison to QAR 156.63 million for the second quarter of 2023. Net profit is QAR 93.13 million for the second quarter 2024 as against QAR 90.02 million for the second quarter of 2023. The EBITDA for the second quarter 2024 is INR QAR 137.9 million in comparison to QAR 138.98 million for the last year same period. And now I leave it to the floor for the question and answers.
